As a result of the pandemic, in combination with the L shaped recession, market trends have now changed forever.

While this is a long-term objective for 2021 – 2031 and beyond, there is an opportunity right now to lead the market and shift our industry. To do this, we’ve created BoB earthTM, BoB schoolTM, BoB Growth Agency, and we chose to respond swiftly and meet a current need with the L&D Program.
As there is no one alive today that has managed a business through a global pandemic with an L-shaped recession and a wartime economy, the future can seem unclear. Businesses need direction on what to do, and in what order. The L&D Getting Ready Program is custom built to provide that direction and support.

On the platform we operate a Pay it Forward business model that supports global education for students, schools or countries using the BoB IP. A percentage of all sales on the platform is gifted to the L&D Foundation through a gift aid model receiving optional donations of either 2, 5 or 10 %

WHAT IS THE JOURNEY?
Initially, the opportunity will look to be exciting, as the BoB approach is new, and proven.
It is important to be clear about how this will work within your business model. There is much to learn and much to let rethink and rework. Some businesses will need to let go of everything they did pre-March 2020, and this can be a challenge. Others will need to look at how they integrate with BoB differently.
Once the initial decision is made you will go through an investment phase where you will learn all the components you need from the program outline.
